Class Types
BARRE 101
This is a fun, high energy, full body workout mixes elements of ballet, yoga and pilates. Exercise are done both on the mat and at the barre with light weights, pilates balls and resistance bands. With precise movements and heavy repetition, focus is on lengthening and toning the muscles, while also building strength and endurance. This class will emphasis on the technique, form, flow in preparing you to the advanced level. All levels of fitness are welcomed.
CORE & BOOTY BARRE
This class combines the best of both world: The targeted strength training of barre with the powerful glute & abs activation of booty & core focused exercises. Get ready to sculpt your lower body, strengthen your core, and achieve a lean, toned body. Get ready to sweat, laugh, and push yourself to new limits. All levels are welcome!
BARRE + YOGA
This class is designed for those enthusiastic yoga practitioners! Although yoga and barre are completely different, allowing you experience yoga poses with a little challenge by adding barre principles.
This class will help you build strength to enhance your yoga asana practice. You will feel stronger than ever!
BARRE LOWER BODY
This class focuses on working out those thighs and glutes in getting a strong, toned, shapely lower body for beach holidays, big days and weight loss. All levels are welcomed.
BARRE ATTACK
This class introduces a unique, fast paced and increased strength barre class in the bootcamp style that makes the heart, lungs, and muscles stronger. Challenging low impact workouts increase the amount of oxygen in the blood to raise cardio fitness, strength and contour the body. All levels of fitness are welcomed.
BARRE BAND SLIDE
This class is a full body workout uses resistance band to help sculpting your body.

SUSPENSION BARRE
Suspension Barre combines the features of suspension training and Barre workouts. Utilizing suspension straps along with Barre-inspired movements to enhance muscle endurance, balance, flexibility, and core stability. Through low-impact, high-intensity exercises, it effectively improves fitness levels, aids in body shaping and fat loss, corrects posture, and boosts flexibility. Intermediate level.
MAT PILATES
This mat-based pilates class is suitable for anyone who wishes to improve their postures, especially those who have to be in a static position for a prolonged period of time at work. A series of exercises performed on the floor using gravity and your own body weight to provide resistance. The purpose is to condition the deeper, supporting muscles of your body to improve posture, balance and coordination. All levels are welcomed.
HALF BARRE HALF CORE
The 'Half Barre Half Core' is a 50 minute low-impact, combo class for all levels. This workout focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements that will help you build both strength and muscle endurance. This class will work on all big muscle groups: Upper Body, thighs, glutes and core. You will walk out of class feeling sweaty, stronger, more toned and accomplished!
EXPLORE YOUR CORE
This class focuses on exercising the abs. It helps build strength and work on endurance and stability. It is a great class if you are preparing for a beach holidays, big day or getting back in shape. All levels are welcomed.
BOOTY BARRE
This class focus on lower body workout using a resistance band. Target your thighs, glutei and core. Helping you build a toned and sculpted body especially for the summer!
SUSPENSION STRETCH
This is a calming, full-body stretch session that blends suspension straps with active mobility and deep stretching techniques. Movements are slow and controlled, using the straps to enhance flexibility, release tension, and improve joint range of motion. Perfect for all levels - whether you're recovering from a workout, improving mobility, or just unwinding. All levels are welcome!
BARRE UPPER BODY
This class focuses on the upper part of our body which includes arms, shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest and back. With the use of light hand weights, resistance band and body weight to strengthen and sculpt our upper body resulting in looking strong, lean and toned! All levels are welcomed.
BARRE STRETCH
This is a great class for those wishing to gain or maintain flexibility. It is a perfect complement to our other classes that helps release tension and tightness. This class focuses on lengthening, breathing, and unwinding. Integrate your mind, body and breath in a safe, supportive environment. All levels are welcomed.
